Justin L. Cescolini

After apprenticing for over a decade at their family’s firm, Justin together with his brother Brandan, founded Westminster Property Management Corporation. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Justin’s passion for real estate started early and was greatly influenced by his late Grandfather Floriano. Whether it was a single-tenant warehouse project or a multi-unit industrial complex, Justin’s belief in a tenant-focused approach proved to be a success. Over the years, Justin has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the GTA and has had the pleasure of working with numerous tenants including Foundation Building Materials, Hettich Canada LP, Infrastructure Ontario, McKesson Corporation, Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC, Sears Canada Inc., Shopper’s Drug Mart Inc., Stahls’ Canada, Tesla Canada ULC, UFP Industries Inc., and many more. In his spare time, Justin is a published author, avid cyclist, motorsports enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with his friends and family up north.

As a Business Management & Accounting graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Brandan’s passion for finance and real estate has been a lifelong endeavor. Influenced by his late grandfather Floriano, he has consistently demonstrated a meticulous approach to financial management. Whether it's an intricate financial analysis or a comprehensive budget strategy, Brandan’s dedication to sound financial practices underpins Westminster's success. Over the years, Brandan has skillfully overseen a diverse portfolio of over 40 properties, collaborating with tenants and landlords to ensure complete transparency. Outside of the financial realm, when Brandan is not immersed in spreadsheets or financial reports, you can find him cruising the open road, indulging his interest in cars, or enjoying quality time with his two beloved cats and dog.
